Private/Exclusive Destinations Cruise lines are investing heavily in owned destinations

• Royal Caribbean Group plans over eight exclusive destinations across Caribbean, Europe, South Pacific, and South America
• Carnival Corporation debuts Celebration Key with enhancements to Mahogany Bay (renamed Isla Tropicale) and Half Moon Cay More Time in Port — Lines are responding to demand for immersive experiences:
• Norwegian Cruise Line — average port time of 9.5 hours with 71 late departures and 70 overnight stays
• Regent Seven Seas — “Immersive Overnight” itineraries with up to three days docked at each port Cruise Taxes & Passenger Caps — New regulations are reshaping itineraries:
