New Campaign Encourages World Cup Visitors to Return to America

A new social-media campaign has been launched to encourage international football fans who visited the United States for the World Cup to return and explore the country more deeply. The campaign combines user-generated visitor content with American landscapes, communities and travel experiences beyond the tournament’s host cities. It highlights tourism opportunities across all 50 states, five territories, Washington, DC, and 63 national parks. Content began appearing organically on July 19, with paid promotion starting the following day across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. India is among the key markets being targeted, alongside Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Japan, South Korea, the UK and Ireland.
