IHCL bets big on spiritual corridors; targets 13-14% growth for FY27

In a clear signal of shifting Indian consumer priorities, Puneet Chhatwal , MD & CEO of Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), revealed that their properties in spiritual hubs like Banaras and Ayodhya are “always full.” As international airfares rise, IHCL is doubling down on domestic spiritual tourism. The company projects a revenue growth of 13-14% for FY27 and expects its mid-scale brand ‘Ginger’ to expand to nearly 250 hotels in the next 12-15 months .
