Signaling strong confidence in India’s corporate travel landscape, US-based Vertex Group announced its foray into the MICE and business travel segment with the launch of Vertex Travel. The company is committing an initial investment of ₹75 crore over 18 months to build an integrated platform, deploying funds across technology, talent, and network development.
Vikram Malik has been appointed Chief Growth Officer. Vertex Group’s vision is ambitious: by 2030, they aim to capture a meaningful share of the organized enterprise MICE market, leveraging a broader strategy to build a ₹1,000 crore global enterprise services business.
The investment comes as India’s tourism and hospitality market continues to expand, with business travel, MICE and experiential tourism becoming increasingly important parts of the country’s broader tourism economy.
