Regent Bali Canggu Appoints India Sales Representative
Regent Bali Canggu has appointed One Rep Global as its exclusive India sales and marketing representative, strengthening the luxury resort’s focus on India’s outbound market. The mandate covers engagement with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, MICE planners, destination wedding specialists and other trade partners. The move comes as Indian outbound travel continues to expand, with more than 30 million outbound trips expected by 2028. Bali remains a major leisure market for Indian travellers, supported by around 17 weekly direct flights from India to Denpasar and a flying time of less than eight hours. The appointment puts additional emphasis on luxury, weddings and MICE demand from India.
The appointment comes as Bali benefits from the wider growth in short international breaks from India. Indonesia is also actively diversifying its proposition beyond Bali, with new destinations and tourism products being promoted to Indian travellers. For travel businesses, Bali’s appeal is reinforced by its positioning within Southeast Asia’s value-conscious outbound market.
