Malaysia Airlines and Firefly deepen partnerships across five ASEAN markets
Malaysia Aviation Group has strengthened partnerships with travel associations across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
The programme includes joint marketing, trade engagement and consumer initiatives designed to generate new travel opportunities and strengthen Kuala Lumpur’s position as a gateway to Asia. MAG has also renewed its agreement with MATTA for three years and maintains partnerships with NATAS in Singapore, ASTINDO in Indonesia and other regional travel organisations.
B2B takeaway: This is a classic example of airlines increasingly treating travel associations as distribution and destination-development partners, rather than merely industry bodies.
