Fusion Hotel Group expands its Southeast Asian footprint through Indonesian brands

Vietnam-based Fusion Hotel Group announced the integration of Ayola and Odua, two Indonesian midscale hotel brands operated by Topotels Hotels & Resorts.

The move adds seven Indonesian hotels to Fusion’s broader regional proposition, strengthening its presence in cities including Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya.

B2B angle: Hotel consolidation and brand integration are becoming increasingly important across Southeast Asia as operators look for scale without abandoning locally recognised brands.

Why travel companies should watch it: A larger regional hotel platform can mean broader contracting opportunities for wholesalers, OTAs, DMCs and corporate travel buyers.
