Flight Centre Travel Group’s Corporate Division Delivers Record FY26 Performance

Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) corporate division delivered a record FY26, achieving its highest-ever total transaction value (TTV) and revenue, with its US business surpassing the USD2 billion TTV milestone for the first time. The ANZ Corporate business also recorded its strongest year for TTV and profit, while FCM Travel secured significant new business globally. Across Asia, Meetings & Events expanded rapidly, with Southeast Asia and Greater China nearly doubling in scale. FCTG attributed improved profitability to multi-year investments in automation, operational productivity and customer self-service, while maintaining record SLA, NPS and CSAT scores. Technology remained central, including FCM Booking, Melon and AI-powered tools SAM and MEL. Entering FY27, the group will shift its focus from transformation to growth, supported by increased investment in sales, marketing, technology and customer acquisition.
