Redion Appoints Simon McNally to Lead Flight Centre Partnership Across ANZ

Redion (formerly Europ Assistance) has appointed Simon McNally as Head of Partnership Success – Flight Centre, coinciding with the Redion brand going live on travel insurance sold by Flight Centre Travel Group brands from October 13. McNally, based in Brisbane, will lead the partnership across Australia and New Zealand and serve as global lead for the Flight Centre relationship.

McNally brings approximately 20 years of experience in travel, loyalty, and insurance, including five years as Cover-More’s Director – FC Partnership and roles at Velocity Frequent Flyer. “It isn’t an add-on—it’s a duty of care and a core part of looking after a customer on their travels,” McNally said of travel insurance. Redion secured its APRA licence and an A+ Financial Strength Rating from AM Best in 2026, with several new products planned over the next six months.
