Key directives: every hotel must have a scientifically designed storage room, CCTV cameras in kitchens, and clear manufacturing/expiry dates on ingredients. Hotels were reminded they cannot function solely with a “profit-oriented approach” but must demonstrate “social responsibility” towards public health . The Hotel Association proposed a QR-based rating system for hygiene and quality .
