ITC Hotels signs a new Welcomhotel property in Gurugram

ITC Hotels announced the signing of a Welcomhotel property in Manesar, Gurugram, strengthening its presence in the National Capital Region’s wider business and industrial corridor.

The market has relevance for corporate accommodation, meetings, events and industrial travel. For corporate travel buyers, branded accommodation near employment and manufacturing centres can improve the choice of locations beyond central business districts.

B2B takeaway: Track the property’s opening timeline, room inventory, meeting facilities and corporate contracting arrangements before adding it to preferred hotel programmes.
